Kölsch
Kolsch (Kölsch) is a traditional German beer made from 100% malted barley and fermented at the cool lagering temperatures for which Cologne is famous. Kolsch beer has a rich history and to this day is one of the most popular German beer styles.
In the kolsch vs. pilsner debate, a kolsch differs in that it is slightly lighter, a bit more bitter, and usually has a fruity taste throughout.
